Urbanew Advisory advised on the addition of Socio Hotel (182 keys) and Socio Branded Residences (200 units) to the Yenaier Precinct of Sultan Haitham City in Oman, and directly facilitated The Lux Collective as the hospitality operator — the brand's first property in Oman.
